Covid -19 Update (30th March)
As we enter Alert level 4 Pacific Motor Group is closed for general business. We are closely monitoring developments in this space and will reopen the dealership as soon as it is deemed acceptable and safe to do so.
Due to the inability to obtain a new WOF at this time, for the period of Alert Level 4, all expired WOFs will be deemed current. Any person driving a private vehicle during Alert Level 4 (limited to essential purposes), with a current or expired WOF, has a responsibility to ensure the vehicle is safe to operate. Please refer to Ministry of Transport for further information on this here.
We understand that throughout this time emergencies may arise. We want to make sure that our emergency service workers are kept safe while on the road. If you do work for an Essential Business and have an issue with your vehicle during this time, please see below for emergency contacts for each of our brands.
This is available on an on call basis only and only in cases of emergency. You will be provided with appropriate processes to ensure a contactless and safe experience for you and our staff.
