Have purchased two new vehicles from PMG. My Triton was a dream ute, loved every moment of ownership, our Kuga not so much. Sales team were a dream to deal with and actually went out of their way to source us the best possible options. The only let down is the service side of the business, our Kuga has had a run of issues and I suspect we ended up with an unitentional lemon - some issues with the car are yet to be remedied.Update 17/03/18PMG have remedied our issues with our Kuga and have actually helped us by trading us out of it. The sales and management team at PMG both Ford and Mazda have exceeded our expectations and have worked extremely hard to ensure that we have been very well looked after and left with a smile on our faces - no easy task as I know I can be hard (possibly an understatement) to deal with at times. Well done PMG, I am pleased to be once again a happy customer - 5 stars.read more
