Have purchased two new vehicles from PMG. My Triton was a dream ute, loved every moment of ownership, our Kuga not so much. Sales team were a dream to deal with and actually went out of their way to source us the best possible options. The only let down is the service side of the business, our Kuga has had a run of issues and I suspect we ended up with an unitentional lemon - some issues with the car are yet to be remedied.Update 17/03/18PMG have remedied our issues with our Kuga and have actually helped us by trading us out of it. The sales and management team at PMG both Ford and Mazda have exceeded our expectations and have worked extremely hard to ensure that we have been very well looked after and left with a smile on our faces - no easy task as I know I can be hard (possibly an understatement) to deal with at times. Well done PMG, I am pleased to be once again a happy customer - 5 stars.
Amazing service from Mark & Doug, even took me into town to pick up a missing belt on Saturday when nowhere else was open, and wouldn't even accept any extra money - I would absolutely refute the previous concerns about overcharging. I was absolutely stuck and they were complete gentlemen. Thanks very much indeed!!
We called in without an appointment to see if a blown brake light could be fixed. Although two of their technicians were away sick they fixed the issue on the spot and groomed our Territory, nothing was a bother for them and we greatly appreciated them going the extra mile for us. This is where we will going to have our car serviced in future even if it is an hour away from where we live.
